Andrew’s first solo project, recorded under the pseudonym Circus For Silence, is the only project he’s worked on that does not include the lyrics to each song in the album booklet. The middle pages of the booklet instead yield a lyrical snippet from each song on the record. This was done because Andrew had wanted to release a thinner booklet than his previous release, Here Is Not Better, which contained a GOLIATH of a booklet. The font throughout the album is ornate and decorative to give it a circus-type theme, yet extremely bleak and dark. The artwork for this record is easily the most simple and, well, just plain boring in comparison to Andrew’s other work. He has gone on record as saying that never again will he omit the lyrics from an album booklet, as he views his lyrics as a vital and irreplaceable facet of his work.
